One hour lesson is actually 55 minutes for Italian classes and 60 minutes for Art classes (unless otherwise indicated).

On national holiday and on Patron day (24th June) lessons do not take place and will not be rescheduled.

The school reserves the right to cancel any course in case the minimum number of students per class is less than three. In this case fees will be refunded.

The school is not to be held responsible for any damages, any losses or any injuries students may incur.

Students will be held responsible for any damages to school property.

Cancelled bookings: if a booking is cancelled 31 days prior to the beginning of the course, attendance fees will be refunded. The admission fee will not be refunded. If a booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the beginning of the course, 50% of the attendance fees will be refunded. The admission fee will not be refunded. If a booking is cancelled within less than 21 days prior to the beginning of the course, no fee will be refunded.
No reimbursement will be made to students who begin their course late or interrupt it before its official end.

Students who require the pick-up service should notify their request within 7 days from arrival, along with their travel details. Should delays, strikes or unforeseen changes of arrival times occur, students are expected to contact the school promptly. A failure to do so will not exempt students from paying the full fee charged for this service.

Students will be charged the expenses incurred for bank transactions.

In carrying out these obligations we may rely on the information provided and preferences specified by you in the booking form. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the teacher and the accommodation provided are suitable but will not be responsible for any problems with the teacher and the accommodation that are beyond our control.

By sending the application form the student accepts our terms and conditions. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled in the competent court in Florence.
